There is a 50% NO refundable deposit for all orders.Final Payment must be made in full at the time of Pick UP. We accept various payment methods, as outlined on our website.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Pickup times will be arranged at the time of order confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled delivery/pickup date to receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made within one week of the delivery/pickup date will be at our discretion.

7. Special Dietary Requirements

We take special dietary requirements seriously but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products due to potential cross-contamination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Sooklutch and may not be used without our permission.
