- 4-Course fine dining experience  

- Starter, Entrée, Dessert, and Bonus Course  

- Premium proteins (Filet Mignon, Lobster, Wild-Caught Salmon, Vegan)  

- Wine or mocktail pairing, floral decor, and luxury place settings

**3. Ultra Luxe Tasting Menu**

- 6-Course chef-curated tasting journey

- Amuse-Bouche, Starter, Intermezzo, Entrée, Cheese or Fruit, Dessert  

- Small plates, wine/mocktail pairing, full service

**Experience Details:**

- Valid for one year from home closing or issue date

- Travel included within 35 miles of Atlanta

- Custom printed menus, floral styling, and dietary accommodations included

**Client Requirements for Hosting the Experience:**

To ensure the best possible experience, please confirm that your home has:

- A working stove and oven

- A sink with running water

- Adequate kitchen/prep area for the chef to cook and plate

- A table or seating area for guests to dine comfortably

- Access to electrical outlets (if applicable)

- On-site parking or easy unload area for chef equipment

- Dietary restrictions or allergies

- Realtors Gift Certificate ID (if accalipable)

**Client Agreement (Upon Booking Confirmation):**

By booking this experience, you agree to:

- Provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for the chef

- Communicate any dietary needs or allergies in advance

- Notify Chef Kobi of changes to schedule at least 72 hours prior

- Respect the terms of your selected package
